


Shipping Policy
Queens in Action uses Printful as our third-party distributor to fulfill and ship all t-shirt orders. Orders typically take between 7 to 10 business days for processing and shipping. This timeframe may vary depending on location, order volume, and any unforeseen delays with the shipping provider.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Queens in Action is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other external factors. If you experience a significant delay or do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sheree.queensinaction@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Expedited or international shipping options may not be available. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are unable to modify addresses after an order has been placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the charitable nature of our fundraisers, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Each purchase directly supports an important cause, and we appreciate your understanding that funds from sales are allocated to the designated charity.
We understand that issues may arise with orders, and we will do our best to accommodate returns or exchanges under specific conditions. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide clear photos of the issue so we can work with Printful to resolve the matter. If the return is approved, you may receive a replacement or store credit for a future purchase.
Exchanges may be available for sizing issues, but they are not guaranteed. Since each t-shirt is printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges unless the item is deemed defective. Please refer to the provided size charts before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
