Our customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST). Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry. For order-related issues, be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the problem so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Your privacy and security are important to us. Any personal information collected, including your name, email, and shipping address, is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. Queens in Action does not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Queens in Action does not store or have access to your payment details.

Queen Partner Inquiries
Queens in Action proudly supports pageant queens and their charitable efforts by promoting their fundraisers. If you are a pageant queen interested in partnering with us, please email us at [insert email] with details about your fundraiser and the charity you are supporting. Be sure to include any branding materials, such as a logo or promotional images, that you would like us to feature.
Once approved, partnered queens will receive promotion on our website and social media platforms. Please note that Queens in Action only promotes fundraisers and does not handle sales, shipping, or customer service for partnered queens. Any purchases made through external fundraisers are the sole responsibility of the individual seller.
